Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. YoPoke is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.
