We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from YoPoke. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Certain items may be exempt from returns for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions once your request is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 calendar days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 days, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
